It promises clear skies for the whole night and the moon phase is now about 0.35, so also less disturbing. I had prepared the observatory and set up a whole programme of observations. However, around 1 a.m. the focuser refused service and further observations stopped. The following comets could still be observed: 13P, 125P, C/2019 T4, C/2021 S3, C/2021 X1, C/2022 U1, C/2023 V4. In the evening i could simultaneous obtain 2 spectra in high resolution in the H-alpha area of Be-stars: 28 Cyg ( 4 x 1200 sec exposures) en pi Aqr ( 3 x 1200 s. exposures) (observations made with C11 + LHIRESS III spectrograph with 2400 l/mm grating)
