observation of an object N00gzzu, mentioned on the PCCP, was observed on 7 aug. in colaboration with F.-J. Hambsch from his ROAD-observatory (Remote Observatory Atacama Desert) in Chile, with a 0.4-m f/6.8 ODK telescope. We could confirm the cometary appearance and send the report to MPC. Later on 8 aug. this object was assigned as comet C/2020 P1 (NEOWISE) via CBET 4825 and MPEC 2020-P29.
