with our Rcomet research team of Telescope.Live, we could observe a new object mentioned on the PCCP of the minorplanetcenter and could confirm the cometary nature of this object that was later assigned as comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) . Observation made on 2022 march 20.

new comet C/2022 E2 (ATLAS)
with are comet research team of Telescope.live, we could confiorm the cometary nature of the new comet C/2022 E2 (ATLAS), while this object was still mentioned on the PCCP of the minorplanetcente on 2022 march 10. Observation was made with the Telescope.Live 0.61-m f/6.5 refelctor in Rio Hurtado, Chile.
comet and spectroscopic observations on 9 march 2022
during this evening i could observe several comets: 4P, 19P, 29P, 67P, 104P, 116P, C/2019 L3, P/2021 N2. Also some spectra could be obtained with the C11 and LHiReSS spectrograph: zeta Ori, PZ Gem and 4 Her.
new comet C/2022 A3 (LEMMON-ATLAS)
On 3 March, I observed an object: A10GhLU, listed on the PCCP-page (possible comet confirmation page) of the MPC (minorplanetcenter), with my 0.4-m f/3.8 AG16 telescope in my backyard and was also able to confirm its cometary appearance and send a report to CBAT and MPC. Later, this object was assigned as comet C/2022 A3 (LEMMON-ATLAS) via CBET 5106 issued on 7 March 2022.
spectroscopic observation on 6 march
The clear nights follow each other nicely. With the C11 telescope + LHiress-III spectrograph, I capture a spectrum of Be-star: PZ Gem (3 hour observation) in high resolution (R > 15000)
comet and spectroscopic observations on 5 march
weatherconditions are very well, a little more humidity and lower transparancy. SQM about 18.7 … 18.8 in zenit. Several comets could be observed: 19P, 29P, 67P, 116P, 402P, C/2019 L3, C/2020 U4, C/2021 Y1. With the second observatory with C11 + LHiResIII spectrograph, i could obtain spectra of : nu Gem and PZ Gem.
comet and spectroscopic observations on 4 march
comet and spectroscopic observations on 3 march
The weather conditions are excellent: no wind, clear night, no clouds, dry air… i observed several comets: 4P, 29P, 67P, 104P, C/ 2019 L3 and a possible comet mentioned on the PCCP (40 x 120 sec. hours observation). With the C11 + LHiRess spectrograph i could capture spectra of PZ Gem for 3 hours (9 x 1200 sec)
spectroscopic observation on 22 febr.
During a clear night (after 23u30 local time) i could open the observatory and obtain a high resolution spectrum of PZGem (total exposuretime was 140 min.)
