after several tests, i decided to take another PC and did a complete clean install and only the software i need in the observatory. After these installation i could test with succes the slave function. Via the ASCOM driver of the 10micron mount and connecting the domedriver of Uniwersal and synchronise the mount. The dome is following the mount. Further test appears that the pointing of the dome and mount isn’t really correct. For some reason gives the GEM-r distance not the result it must be. This must be a bug in the software. This is repported to Uniwersal company. Hope they can find a good working solution soon.
