a clear evening after a rainy day. I could observe some comets: 12P, C/2023 H2 . The same object as yesterday, Nov 6. , mentioned on MPC’s PCC was observed, unfortunately I had to discontinue observation after 6 shots due to cloud cover followed by rain. Later, this object was given the name C/2023 V5 (LEONARD). I could obtain some spectra of Be-stars as well: V442 And, KY And
comet and spectroscopic observations on 6 nov.
between the cloudy and rainy weather i have a short clear period to observe some comets: 12P, C/2023 H2 . An object listed on MPC’s PCC was observed, although conditions were not so good. Later, this object was given the name C/2023 V5 (LEONARD). Also some spectra could be obtained of Be-stars: nu Cyg, V357 Lac, V2119 Cyg.
comet and spectroscopic observations
After a long period of high winds, storms and persistent clouds with rain, the observatory was able to observe for a while until clouds came up again and the observatory had to close. comets that could be observed are: 12P/PONS-BROOKS, C/2023 T2 (Borisov). With the high resolution LHiRess spectrograph i could obtain a spectrum of V586 Cyg .
comet observation on 22 oct.
after most of the clouds are gone i could start with observations of comet 12P. After 1 hour clouds where coming in and humidity was very high. So i must close the observatory again.
comet observations on 9 oct.
spectroscopic observation on 4 sept.
After the veil clouds had partly disappeared, I checked the collimation of the cassegrain telescope (C11 Celestron) , which I did not have to correct. Then performed another star alignment of the 10Micron GM2000 Qci mount. Then as a test I was able to obtain 1 spectrum, in high resolution of Be-star HD 21362. (total exposuretime 1 hour)
spectroscopic observations on 3 sept.
after the high clouds are gone, i could obtain 2 spectra of Be-stars: phi And, QR Vul.
spectroscopic observation on 2 sept.
the sky was not so good, there were high cloud veils, due not good conditions for observing comets. But i did manage to obtain some spectra of reasonably bright Be stars: 10 Cas, gam Cas, pi Aqr.
spectroscopic observation on 23 aug.
A clear nigth and i could obtain several spectra in high resolution (R~15000): BK Cam, VV Cep, V442 And, Phi Per.
