my confirmation of object on the PCCP on 23 oct.2017
By use of a remote telescope from iTelescope.net network in New-Mexico i could observe this object on CCD-cimages taken with the 0.51-m f/6.5 Planewave telescope. Later on 28 oct. was this object assigned as comet C/2017 T3 (ATLAS) by CBET 4449. Data and images can you find via link: comet C/2017 T3 (ATLAS)
my confirmation of possible comet mentioned on PCCP onn 25 oct.2017
While thsi object was still mentioned at the PCCP of the minor planet center, i used a remote telescope to observe this object and confirm the cometary appearance, later on 28 oct. this object was assigned as comet C/2017 S8 (PANSTARRS) via CBET 4447. Data and image can you find via link: comet C/2017 S8 (PANSTARRS)
follow-up observation of comets on 15/16 oktober 2017
As follow-up, during the night of 15/16 oktober, i could observe some comets. I had some technical issues, frost was seen on the CCD-detector and also the weather wasn’t very well. Also some rain was disturbing my observation night. Comets that could be observed are: 47P, 139P, 352P, 361P, C/2015 ER61, C/2015 O1, C/2016 M1, C/2017 O1, P/2017 S5. After the observations i took my CCD-camera from the telescope for maintenance (regenerating dissicant)
my confirmation of object on PCCP which later assigned as comet C/2017 T1 (HEINZE)
On the PCCP of the Minor Planet Center was an object published for confirmation and improve the ephemeride data. So i observed this object on 9 oct. 2017 with a remote 0.6-m f/ 6.5 telescope from SRO, California, USA and could observe also the cometary appearance of this object and send my observation to the MPC. Later on 16 oct. the CBET 4444 was issued and assigned this object as comet C/2017 T1 (HEINZE). Image and data can you find via link: comet C/2017 T1 (HEINZE)
